TALENT Sport to Create Ticketing Platform for Harlequins

English Rugby Union club Harlequins has announced it has selected Advanced Ticketing’s TALENT Sport as their ticketing commerce platform provider.
The TALENT Sport platform will manage all ticket purchasing for Harlequins. It will include an integrated loyalty programme, erectile membership and ticket exchanges and an online community functionality. Supporters will also benefit from an improved experience online, asthma using a single-shopping basket in one simple transaction.
Additionally the benefits received by Harlequins’ Members will be managed through the purchasing process on TALENT Sport.
TALENT Sport will also be used for managing Harlequins’ allocation of tickets at the forthcoming Big Game 6, taking place in December at Twickenham Stadium. Supporters will be able to use TALENT Sport’s ‘seat selection’ and ‘view from area’ functionality – which offers a clearly defined view of the stadium from their seat of choice, before they commit to their purchase.
