Sussex Cricket Reveal New Shirt Sponsor
March 4, 2014
Sussex County Cricket Club have announced today a new sponsorship deal with Jointing Technologies, which will see their name displayed on the Sharks’ NatWest T20 Blast playing shirts for at least the next three seasons.
Adam Lloyd, Managing Director of Jointing Technologies said, “We are pleased to announce our partnership with Sussex CCC in a sponsorship agreement that is based on a mutual love of cricket and the same shared values of history, family and success.
“We look forward to the 2014 season and being part of the Sussex County Cricket Club family.”
With the shortest format of the game having been rebranded to the NatWest T20 Blast this season, and with the majority of games being played on Friday evenings, the Sharks are aiming to get their T20 season off to an explosive start when they begin this year’s campaign against rivals Surrey at The BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground, Hove on Friday 16th May.
Sussex’s Chief Executive Zac Toumazi said, “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Jointing Technologies to the Sussex Family as our new major partner. It is crucial that as well as maintaining fruitful relationships with our existing sponsors that we continue to attract new businesses and organisations to be involved at Sussex.
“With the new layout of fixtures this season it makes for an eagerly anticipated NatWest T20 Blast season, particularly with most of the games being played on Friday evening as a prelude to the cricketing weekend, so we’re really looking forward to welcoming Jointing Technologies to sample the unique atmosphere of a full-house under the lights here at Hove.
“I am sure that this will signify the start of a long and meaningful relationship.”
