Sri Lanka Cricket Receives Record Breaking Sponsorship Bids

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has announced the receipt of record breaking bids in its search for a new sponsor.

Four companies have made bids to become the Sri Lankan men’s and women’s cricket teams for three years from June 2013. The companies are: Dialog Axiata, Madison Media, the Sri Lanka Tea Board and Total Sports Asia. Two of the bids were worth over $15.5 million. 

The new sponsor will be announced after the SLC’s Sponsorship & Executive Committees have evaluated the individual bids.
