Sponsorship Deals Agreed for Bundesliga Clubs

August 23, 2012

Three teams from the Bundesliga, pharmacy Germany’s premier soccer league, have agreed new sponsorship deals.

Eintracht Frankfurt, Hamburger SV and Bayer Leverkusen have all renewed or started new deals with various firms.

Frankfurt has renewed their three-year partnership with supermarket chain Rewe, which will run until 2013.

Rewe will have visible branding all over the club’s home ground, the Commerzbank Arena and will retain a ticketing allocation to the side’s home games.

Leverkusen’s deal with Gaffell, the brewery, has been renewed up until the end of the 2012/13 Bundesliga campaign.

The deal between the two started in 1997 and allows the company to sell their non-alcoholic drinks at the club’s home ground.

JC Decaux, the advertising company, is set to be the Communications Partner of Hamburger SV, where they will run a campaign to raise awareness of the team’s activities.
