Southampton Inks CRM Partnership with Green 4 Solutions

English Premier League club Southampton, viagra has announced Green 4 Solutions as their partner for customer relationship management (CRM) and fan engagement strategies.

Southampton will utilise Green 4’s Go system to provide a single customer view, ed enabling improved insight into their supporters and enhanced communication. The Go system will have data feeds from various customer touch points, including ticket purchases, retail transactions, conference and banqueting bookings and a live feed to stadium access control data.

Speaking ahead of the announcement, Danielle Lewis, Head of Ticketing & Hospitality, of Southampton Football Club, said: “We are looking forward to working with Green 4 and exploring the exciting opportunities that their CRM system will offer the Club.

“As a business, we are constantly striving for ways to improve what we offer to our supporters, and this system will allow us to communicate with our supporters more effectively than ever before.”

By utilising Green 4’s experience in CRM we will be able to gain a far better understanding of the needs of our supporters, and ensure that they receive a five star service tailored to their requirements.

This partnership is the first step towards a longer term strategy for CRM, to ensure all supporter data is centralised and accessible to the club.
