Advanced Analytics Coordinator – Jacksonville Jaguars

Summary:

The Advanced Analytics Coordinator will work in the Analytics department, therapy focusing on data analysis through reporting, model building, and development of tools to convey results.

 

The Analytics team is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and outcomes for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham Football Club.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and visualize data to inform and impact decisions

• Utilize statistical methods and machine learning to build predictive models for use in business and football contexts

• Recommend and implement process changes based on research findings

• Build reports and dashboards to convey data and results of analyses

Job Qualifications:

• Fluency in R or Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation

• Fluency in SQL

• Comfortability working with multiple large data sets for use in analysis

• Strong communication skills to allow for gathering information from multiple departments and defining project objectives

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to assess problems and devise effective and creative solutions

• Ability and motivation to drive a project from start to completion

• Experience using Tableau a plus

• Experience with web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Django, Ruby, PHP, etc.) a plus
