Senior Office Manager – FIFA

  • Overview:
  • – Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • – Take notes and draw conclusions on the strategic implications in FIFA and opportunities for interventions, order partnerships, viagra ed etc.
  • – Review and ensure quality control and high-quality standards of all outputs, documentation and communications that emanate from the Deputy Secretary General’s (DSG) Office of the football branch
  • – Ensure active and open communication to and from the Deputy Secretary General’s Office and keep the DSG informed of critical issues requiring intervention
  • – Participate in or lead taskforces, working groups and meetings in support and on behalf of the DSG
  • – Track the implementation of defined strategic objectives
  • – Administrative duties such as correspondence, presentations, reports, archiving, meeting preparation and financial oversight
  • Requirements:
  • – Over ten years of experience in the sports business
  • – Experience in team management, strategic development and project management
  • – Experience in working within a member associations, confederations or governance environment
  • – Written and oral proficiency in English is required; any other languages a bonus
  • – Strong analytical skills and ability to propose adapted solutions
  • – Working experience in an international environment working cross divisional
  • – Football knowledge and sensitivity for football
