Seattle Seahawks Begin Super Bowl Title Defence with Princess Cruises Partnership

Princess Cruises have announced a partnership to become a Proud Sponsor of the Seattle Seahawks, including a fan-based sweepstakes, expanding the cruise line’s presence in a key market.
As part of the partnership, Seattle Seahawks fans will have the opportunity to win a seven-day cruise to Alaska, sailing roundtrip from Seattle. The sweepstakes, which will be promoted with digital ads on seahawks.com and game day radio advertising, runs from September 4 to December 31, 2014, and fans can enter at princess.com/seattle. Seahawks fans will also have access to special cruise deals from Princess throughout the season.
“Princess Cruises has a significant presence in Seattle since we have two of our ships based there for our summer season of Alaskacruises,” said Gordon Ho, senior vice president of global marketing for Princess Cruises. “Not only do Seattleites have a passion for their home team but our research tells us that Seahawks fans also have a passion for exploring the world on cruise vacations. So we think that bringing the two together is a winning combination.”
The NFL season kicked off last night with Seattle Seahawks beginning the defence of their title with a 36-16 victory over the Green Bay Packers.
