Sarah Clements Lands Director of Operations Role at WTA Championships Singapore

Sarah Clements has been appointed as the Director of Operations by the World Sport Group (WSG) and will lead the management and delivery of the World Tennis Association (WTA) Championships in Singapore.

Clements has 20-years’ experience working in the operations of major international tennis and entertainment events.

In her new role, cough Clements will represent WSG in the planning and implementation of the WTA Championships, mind including exhibition matches, professional cheap fan fests, concerts and more.

Mark Hardess, President, ASEAN & Australia, WSG commented: “I am excited about Sarah joining our team.  Her experience is impressive and includes managing several Australian Open events and other Tennis Australia events.

“She will no doubt help us to deliver a successful WTA Championships here in Singapore next year and beyond.”

Clements was previously General Manager, Operations of the Australian Open and Tennis Australia respectively.

More recently, Clements led industry relations and business operations for the Melbourne Fashion Festival.

She will be based in the WSG’s Singapore offices.
