Russian Athletics Federation Elects New President

The Russian athletics federation has named as its new president and will be tasked with having the ban on its team lifted before the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. 

The federation has been in the spotlight over doping allegations in recent months and were banned by the IAAF in November.
