Red Bull China to sponsor The World Badminton Championships

The brand will enjoy an extensive advertising presence both courtside and throughout Wembley Arena where the tournement will take place.

The arena will also host the Badminton for the Olympics next year.

Red Bull China’s director of sports marketing Joan Zhang  said: “The fast paced action at the Yonex BWF World Badminton Championships is a perfect match with Red Bull’s other sporting interests so we are happy to put all our energies into working with Badminton England to make the Championships a huge success.”

Badminton England chief executive Adrian Christy added: “It is a major step forward for badminton to bring on board such an established brand name such as Red Bull China ahead of the Yonex BWF World Badminton Championships on home soil at Wembley Arena.”
