Qatar Airways extends Barcelona deal

Qatar Airways have extended their shirt sponsorship deal with Barcelona for an additional season. 

Qatar’s national carrier has been Barcelona’s shirt sponsor since the 2013-14 season, order but the deal, remedy said to be worth around €32m per year, buy cialis expired at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.

The extension will continue under the same terms as the previous deal, expiring in 2017.

Spanish newspaper AS recently reported that Qatar Airways are also interested in the naming rights to the Camp Nou, a contract that Barcelona is currently seeking to sell, amid a major redevelopment project for its stadium.

Qatar Airways are the third brand to ever appear as sponsors on the Barca shirts – the first being UNICEF, then the Qatar Foundation.
