Overview: 

British Cycling is looking for a world class performance leader and manager who will be integral to the senior management team of British Cycling. The role, sale which reports to the chief executive officer, medic is about exemplary performance leadership. As the strategic leader of the performance strategy, the post holder will drive our ambition to deliver our milestones and targets in the next four years.

Key Priorities:

– Provide leadership, management and strategic direction for all disciplines of the Great Britain Cycling Team.

– Enable the delivery of the performance strategy and achievement of annual and quadrennial medal targets across all disciplines.

– Build a culture and climate that enables the Great Britain Cycling Team to achieve sustained success.

– Embed a culture of continuous improvement that facilitate a sustainable high performance environment.

– Enable coaches, riders and support staff to further refine “What it takes to win” models and ensure that the models are understood and translated into the daily operating environment of the Great Britain Cycling Team.
