PGA Tour Adds BDA as Official Branded Merchandise Licensee

The PGA Tour has today named Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, Inc.(BDA), as an Official Branded Merchandise Licensee.
BDA will focus on extending the PGA TOUR brand for the PGA TOUR’s Official Marketing Partners, title sponsors and tournaments.
“We set out to identify an agency partner with proven expertise in event and sponsorship activation through licensing and co-branded promotions that will help enhance our marketing efforts. BDA surfaced as the clear leader in this space,” said Tim Hawes, senior vice president of retail licensing for the PGA TOUR. “An innovator in the promotional merchandise industry, BDA will be an invaluable strategic resource to the PGA TOUR and our partners from both a marketing and procurement perspective.”
As the first official branded merchandise licensee to be designated by the PGA TOUR, BDA has licensing rights for Champions Tour, Web.com Tour, PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, and selected tournaments in the agreement.
