PERFORM Buys Netherlands’ Leading Independent Football Site

Perform has announced the purchase of Voetbalzone.nl, the Netherland’s leading independent football site. 

Perform, the market leader in the distribution and commercialisation of sports content across connected digital platforms, have pain an initial sum of €2 million ($2.6m), though this could rise up to €10.5 million ($13.68m) depending on the site’s EBITDA until 2015. 

Voetbalzone reports on football across the world and attracts 2 million unique users per month.
