Panellists Confirmed for New York Directors’ Club

Marc Reeves, sale International Commercial Director/Head of International Sponsorship & Marketing, NFL, Frank Nakano, General Manager/Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Rich Kleiman, Vice President of Roc Nation Sports will join the panel debate.

iSportconnect, the world’s largest private network for the sports business industry, is proud to bring its successful Directors Club event to New York city on January 29th. The Directors Club is an exclusive invitation-only networking event which features a panel debate. For the inaugural New York event, iSportconnect, working in partnership with Havas Sport and Entertainment, is pleased to announce three panellists.
Marc Reeves (centre), International Commercial Director/Head of International Sponsorship & Marketing at the National Football League (NFL), Frank Nakano (right), General Manager/Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase and Rich Kleiman, Vice President of Roc Nation Sports (left) will join the panel debate on 29th January 2014.
Reeves has been a part of the NFL for a number of years and leads all marketing, fan development and sponsorship activities for the League outside of the USA. He has previously worked for IMG as a Manger of Business Development and Vice President, Lionside as their Co-Founder and the New Orleans Saints in Football Operations and Marketing.
Nakano joined the newly formed Sports and Entertainment team at JPMorgan Chase in October 2012. The group is responsible for aligning the Chase brand with sports and entertainment properties on behalf of multiple lines of business across the retail and wholesale businesses of the firm. Currently in the US, major relationships include Chase Field in Arizona, the Madison Square Garden Company, the NY Jets, NY Giants, Chicago Bears, the Amway Center, Tampa Times Forum and the US Open. Nakano has previously been the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships at the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Kleiman joins the New York Directors’ Club as Vice President of Roc Nation Sports, the sport agency subsidiary of Roc Nation, owned by international rapper Jay Z. Kleiman built his career in the music industry having run record labels and online communities. He has taken the skills he has learned in music into his role at Roc Nations Sports, which was formed in 2013.
The New York Directors’ Club, marks the latest event in this successful series which has, so far, been hosted in London, Munich and recently, in Paris. The Directors’ Club has fast become the number one place for delegates to debate and learn more about sports business from other members of the industry.
