Official Statement from Leaders / Executive Sport Ltd

Following the recent announcement of parent company Convers Sports Initiatives (CSI) going into administration, abortion Executive Sport Ltd (the trading company for Leaders) would like to categorically confirm that ‘Leaders’ is a standalone, self funding and profitable business which is not in administration and which has no dependency on CSI.

Furthermore the minority shareholders, including CEO James Worrall, have always had Board control of the business and have always carried out their duties in a professional and responsible manner.

Leaders would like to ensure all partners, stakeholders and clients that business continues as normal, and the team look forward to exciting developments in 2012
