Notts County Sign Fila Deal to Supply New Look Kit

May 26, 2011

The world’s oldest professional soccer club, English League One’s Notts County have unveiled a new look, boosted by the announcement that Fila has become their official kit supplier for the next three seasons.

The Magpies agreed terms with the South Korean sportswear brand to take them through to the end of the 2013/14 season after their current deal with Nike expired at the end of this season.

The club have broken with tradition by opting for a new white kit with black pinstripes, ditching their historic black and white striped home shirts. Next season, Notts County’s home shirts will be sponsored by solicitors firm Fraser Brown, who paid to be one of 150 companies entering into a prize draw to land the sponsorship.

Opticians Vision Express has renewed its sponsorship of the club’s away shirt, which will be a blue striped design next season, for a further year. Lorien Resourcing, no longer main sponsors of the club’s home kit, will remain on the back of the team’s home shirt while catering company 3663 has retained its branding on the back of the club’s away shirts.
