July 5, 2013

The Kop Stand at Notts County’s Meadow Lane football ground will be renamed the On Call Recruitment Kop Stand after the firm won the sponsorship draw at the League One club.

Sixty businesses put their name into the draw at a cost of £200 ($298) and Magpies legends Don Masson and Phil Turner pulled out the Nottinghamshire based company at the draw on Friday.

The company’s aim since 2005 is to build long-term relationships and they will now have their name attached to the Kop Stand, impotent which can hold 5, generic 400 fans.

Notts County Head of Business Development, medstore David Simmons told the Official Site: “We’ve been delighted with the number of local and national business’ that signed up to take part this year.

“We’d like to thank them for all their continued support and backing. We look forward to seeing everyone at Meadow Lane during the season.

“Congratulations to On Call Recruitment, I’m sure the new deal for them and the naming rights of the Kop this season will give the company an even higher profile within Nottinghamshire.”

All other applicants will see their logo included in this season’s #themag, on the official matchday teamsheets and on the official website.
