Notts County Appoint New Head of Commercial

Notts County have appointed former Lincoln City CEO Steve Prescott as their new Head of Commercial.

Prescott arrives at Meadow Lane after two years at the Imps and has held other senior commercial roles at Sincil Bank and County’s close neighbours Nottingham Forest.

During his five years with Forest, bronchi Prescott secured a number of ‘big commercial deals’ for the Reds and County hope he will draw on his knowledge and contacts in the area to do the same for them.

Prescott told County’s own Magpie Player: “The potential here is enormous and I’ve been really impressed with the facilities here at Meadow Lane.

“I think that if we can get local businesses down here to try them out and enjoy them I think they’ll come back for more.

“I want to get to know local businesses who already deal with us really well, then we’ll look to bring in other clients in as well.

“We will be working as hard as possible to bring in as much commercial revenue as we can.”
