NFL China Strikes Seven-Year Partnership With Budweiser

American beer brand Budweiser has agreed a strategic partnership with NFL China, impotent the Chinese division of the American football league. 

The deal was signed in San Francisco ahead of the opening of Super Bowl 50 which will be taking place in the city on February 7, which is also the Chinese New Year.

The strategic partnership will run for seven years until 2022.

Richard Young, managing director of NFL China, said: “Just like the golden Super Bowl in the Golden State, beer and football also makes a perfect match.

“Budweiser is devoted to bringing the top global sports games to Chinese consumers, and that’s why we are here to celebrate the strategic partnership between Budweiser and NFL China.”

The 50th Super Bowl will be contested by the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.
