New Line-Calling System for Tennis

The International Tennis Federation (ITF) have announced that the FOXTENN line-calling system has met the criteria for use in reviewing line-calling decisions made by officials. The new system underwent rigorous testing procedures, as well as having to gain approval from many of tennis’ primary organisations.

The ITF committee will recommend stadium-specific testing prior to FOXTENN being utilised in professional tournaments, with Hawkeye currently serving as the primary means of decision review in top-level tennis.
