NBA Sanctions Sale of Atlanta Hawks

The National Basketball Association (NBA) has approved the sale of the Atlanta Hawks to a consortium led by Tony Ressler.

Ressler and his ownership group agreed to purchase the NBA franchise for around $850 million in April.
