NBA Commissioner Adam Silver Hopes to Create Four European Franchises

National Basketball Association (NBA) Commissioner Adam Silver is aiming to launch four European franchises in an attempt to expand the sport globally.

Silver admits the NBA is currently behind the National Football League (NFL) in expansion terms.

The NBA Commissioner was speaking ahead of today’s fifth NBA regular season game in London at the O2 Arena.
