MP & Silva Unveil Details of Group Revamp

Media rights company MP & Silva has announced that Andrea Radrizzani has sold part of his shares to president Riccardo Silva as part of a reorganisation at the company.

Silva is now majority shareholder of the MP & Silva Group, price sale while Andrea Radrizzani will remain a shareholder through his holding of investments, see  without being involved in management and operations.
