Monkhouse Intersport to Sponsor 2014 British Squash Championships

England Squash & Racketball have revealed Monkhouse Intersport as their retail partner for next month’s National Championships in Manchester.

The agreement for the tournament, doctor which runs from February 10 to 16, comes in the retailer’s 76th year as a strong presence in sport. It now has over 250 stores in the UK.

Peter Monkhouse, Managing Director of Monkhouse Intersport, said: “Monkhouse Intersport are delighted to continue our long association with the National Squash Championships. Since we partnered Manchester City Council and England Squash back in the late 90s, it is fantastic to witness the significant growth and development of the event, which now represents one of the best squash championships.

“Having all of the age groups and male and female players means that we reach a wider spectrum of the squash-playing community in the UK and we feel incredibly proud to be part of this event.”
