MLS Extends With Etihad Airways

North American top tier soccer league Major League Soccer has extended its partnership with Abu Dhabi-based airline Etihad Airways.

The deal will see Etihad Airways remain MLS’ official airline partner on a multi-year deal.

The two parties first partnered in 2014. The airline already has a strong sports portfolio, boasting a major agreement with the City Football Group. England’s Manchester City, USA’s New York City, and Australia’s Melbourne City are part of the group.

Saudi Professional League outfit Al Ittihad and UAE Pro-League club Al Ain are also involved in partnerships with Etihad.
