Mikhail Prokhorov Acquires Full Ownership of Brooklyn Nets

Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov has taken full ownership of National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise the Brooklyn Nets and the Barclays Center.

The deal was agreed between Prokorov’s Onexim Sports and Entertainment and Nets Sports and Entertainment. In 2010, Onexim acquired 80 percent of the team and 45 percent of the arena.
