Miami Heat Agree Long-Term Sun Sports TV Rights Deal

National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise the Miami Heat has announced a new long-term broadcast deal with Sun Sports.

Sun Sports will continue as the exclusive regional TV broadcaster for the 3-time NBA champions in a partnership that has lasted 22 years.

“Extending our broadcasting agreement with Sun Sports is a perfect example of the stability and excellence the Miami Heat values so highly,” said Eric Woolworth, president of the Heat Group’s business operations.

“For over 20 years, Sun Sports has been the place where Heat fans live. We’re very proud that tradition lives on.”

The channel will show live coverage of all of the team’s regular season games along with certain first-round playoff games, the team were to make it to the post-season.
