BCCI announces the release of Request for Quotation for Partnership Rights for Women’s Premier League

The BCCI invites bids from reputed entities for acquiring official partnership rights for
Women’s Premier League.


The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process including eligibility requirements, process for submissions of bids, rights and obligations, etc. are contained in the ‘Request for Quotation’ (“RFQ”) which will be made available on receipt of payment of a nonrefundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The procedure to procure the RFQ documents is enlisted in Annexure A to this notice. The RFQ will be available for purchase till January 19, 2024.


Interested parties are requested to email the details of payment made for the purchase of the
RFQ to rfq@bcci.tv, as per the procedure laid down in Annexure A. It is clarified that the RFQ
documents shall be shared only upon the confirmation of payment of the non-refundable RFQ
fee.


Any interested party wishing to submit a bid is required to purchase the RFQ. However, only
those satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the RFQ and subject to the other terms and
conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to bid. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFQ
does not entitle any person to bid.


The attention of the interested parties is brought to Annexure B which details certain brand
categories in which the interested party cannot bid.
BCCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the bidding process at any stage in any manner
without providing any reason.

Request for title sponsorship of Women’s IPL

● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Graphics Director – Quidich

As the Graphics Director you’ll be leading the creative team (Unreal Designers) and working along with the technology team (AI/ML/Computer Vision) focused on bringing art and tech together to create innovative AR/VR experiences that improve the broadcast of live sport across the globe.

You will strive for the highest possible visual quality of all graphics and products at Quidich, while managing and building the creative team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who can provide clear direction, understand the client requirement to build on the design requirements and push a creative vision through to completion.

In this role, you’ll add your unique creative input to cutting-edge initiatives including: augmented reality experiences, application design for mobile/web/PC and creative visualisation of all new products and services at Quidich.

This person will be responsible for contributing to the overall visual design process in the organization- from concept, to design thinking and development, to the final delivery that will be delivered across all Quidich products.

Responsibilities

● Working in collaboration with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering and Data Science to absorb knowledge, define opportunities and develop concepts and treatments to bring ideas to life.

● Establishing an artistic direction, vision, and high production standards in the creation of AR experiences across all Quidich platforms.

● Leading strategic choices about the future direction of Quidich products by designing new experiences and layouts.

The Governing Council of the IPL invites bids from reputed entities to acquire the Media Rights for the Indian Premier League Seasons 2023-2027, through a tender process.

The detailed terms and conditions governing the tender process including eligibility requirements, process for submissions of bids, proposed media rights packages, and obligations, etc. are contained in the ‘Invitation to Tender’ (“ITT”) which will be made available on receipt of payment of non-refundable fee of INR 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. The procedure to procure the ITT documents is enlisted in Annexure A to this document. The ITT will be available for purchase till May 10, 2022.
