Marisol Casado re-elected as ITU President

International Olympic Committee (IOC) member Marisol Casado has been elected as President of the International Triathlon Union (ITU) for a third term. Casado was first elected as ITU President eight years ago in Madrid.

IOC President Thomas Bach, who spoke early in the ITU Congress, praised Casado and ITU as a good example of good governance and sustainability.
