LPGA Sign Fubon Financial Holding as Title Sponsor of Taiwan Championships

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has signed a title sponsorship agreement with Fubon Financial Holding for the 2014 Taiwan Championship.

Under the terms of the agreement, asthma the tournament will now be named the Fubon 2014 LPGA Taiwan Championship.

The fate of the tournament had been in jeopardy before Fubon showed their interest and Chairman Daniel Tsai said: “Such tournaments can help boost the development of golf in Taiwan.”

The tournament runs from October 30 to November 2 at New Taipei City’s Miramar Golf and  Country Club.
