Li-Ning to Title Sponsor BWF World Championships 2014

Sport apparel and equipment company Li-Ning have been named the title sponsor of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) World Championships 2014 in Denmark.

The event will be held between 25-31 August at Ballerup Super Arena in Copenhagen and is the second BWF Major Event of 2014.

Li-Ning already has a four-year sponsorship deal for BWF Major Events running from 2013 to 2016, order | including the provision of Li-Ning top shuttlecocks and Li-Ning court mats for all Major Events during this cycle.

Speaking about the title sponsorship, adiposity BWF Secretary General Thomas Lund commented: “BWF is pleased to welcome our corporate partners, Li-Ning, as title sponsor for another prestigious tournament which will feature the top names in badminton vying for the honour of being World champions.”

The draw ceremony for the Li-Ning BWF World Championships 2014 will be held on Monday 11 August in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
