“Extending our marketing initiatives to include the Rolex 24 At Daytona is an exciting opportunity that we are pleased to be a part of,” says Michael Mathé, senior vice president, International, Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. “As a sponsor of the Dempsey Racing/Konrad Motorsport Porsche, Konica Minolta is able to reach international customers — particularly those attending the event — on a new level and further increase brand awareness of our technologies.”

“We have a long history of racing with Konica Minolta, and it is a pleasure to once again work with the organization in the racing circuit,” says Konrad. “The organization’s reputation for overall excellence fits in nicely with the winning values that our team strives to personify.”

The No. 28 Konica Minolta entry will be campaigned alongside the sister No. 27 Dempsey Racing Porsche 911 GT America that will be driven by Patrick Dempsey, Andrew Davis, Joe Foster and Marc Lieb. Dempsey, the popular Hollywood actor, is also a lead driver for and team owner of Dempsey Racing.
