Both parties have agreed a four-year deal which will run until the next World Cup in 2018.
TVM, who specialise in insurance for the transportation industry, will be providing the transportation of the materials of all the Dutch national football teams, which includes the senior and age-group men’s and women’s squads.
Arjan Bos, chairman of TVM, said: “We are proud to partner with the KNVB. From our experience – after 28 years as a sponsor who has been active in cycling and skating – we are used to raising the bar high when it comes to pursuing ambitions and successes.”
“We hope to continue this line in cooperation with the KNVB.”
Jean-Paul Decossaux, commercial director of the KNVB, added: “TVM has been known as the largest and most specialised transporter with its members for more than fifty years.
“For our national teams it is important that the equipment arrives safely and without damage to the team and we will rely on TVM to provide that over the next four years. TVM is a great addition to the KNVB family of sponsors and we are very proud to welcome them.”
