Kelme Becomes Official Technical Sponsor of Elche

Spanish La Liga team Elche C.F. has announced Kelme as their new official technical sponsor.

Kelme will be in charge of the design and manufacture of the play and training gear for all the Elche C. F. teams: the professional team, the reserves, and the youth team, as well as the sports sections and allied clubs.

This link between Elche C.F. and Kelme will last for the next three seasons, and will enable the club to wear an innovative, local brand in the First Division from July 1.

Its history and its innovative sportswear line have been crucial for Elche C.F. to join Kelme as its official technical sponsor for the next three years.

Carlos García, Chair of Kelme, has highlighted that “this agreement consolidates Kelme’s bet on sponsoring elite football clubs”. He also pointed out that “Kelme feels it is its duty and its pride to help Elche, the local team, in its consolidation in the First Division, where we hope it will continue to achieve great success. We are persuaded that this alliance between two great Elche brands is a great opportunity and joint benefit for the development of innovative products that will meet the expectations of loyal Elche supporters”.

President of Elche C.F., José Sepulcre, commented: “Kelme is part of our identity, of our town. Our closeness has been crucial to launch this new project which we now pick up after a number of years. We know each other because we come from the same place, we stand for the same colours, and we want to see this Club and Elche itself among the great national and international football teams”. He also said: “I hope and expect that this agreement will be fruitful and highly satisfactory for us all. We are starting on a new road together, full of enthusiasm. For Elche C.F. this is a step forward, both on and off the pitch, due to Kelme’s prestige and history.”
