Joe Gibbs Racing Retains Ingersoll Rand Sponsorship

February 13, 2014

Ingersoll Rand, a global leader in air compressors, tools, fluid management and material handling equipment, has renewed its sponsorship agreement with Joe Gibbs Racing.

Ingersoll Rand will be an associate sponsor for the OneMain Financial No. 11 Toyota driven by Elliot Sadler for the 2014 NASCAR Nationwide Series racing season, and will outfit Sadler’s garage and pit box with the latest Ingersoll Rand tools.

“Joe Gibbs Racing is an exciting partner because of its dedication to engineering and performance,” said John Evans, president of Power Tools at Ingersoll Rand. “Joe Gibbs Racing is one of the few shops that builds its cars from the ground up and Ingersoll Rand is proud to associate with a partner that exhibits such high quality standards.”

This is Sadler’s second season with Joe Gibbs Racing. His first NASCAR Nationwide Series career started in 1995. As a veteran driver with more than 17 seasons on the NASCAR circuit, Sadler has competed in the Sprint Cup, Nationwide Series and Camping World Truck Series.

“It’s a great opportunity to work with Ingersoll Rand this season,” Sadler said. “It’s a brand that stands for power, durability and reliability, and those are all things that we strive for as a race team. Ingersoll Rand tools help my crew make repairs faster, which means less time in the garage and more time on the track.”
