ITV Secures UK World Rally Championship Rights

ITV has secured the UK rights to broadcast highlights of the 2013 World Rally Championship (WRC).

A one-hour highlights show will be broadcast at peak-time on ITV4 and ITV4 HD on the Tuesday following each of the 11 remaining rounds, with a repeat to be aired on Saturday morning. 

The show will be presented by Neil Cole and Paul King will provide commentary. 

The first two rounds of this season were not broadcast in the UK as a deal for the rights had yet to be struck and fans were forced to rely on the WRC’s YouTube channel for footage of the action.
