IT Procurement Manager – FIFA

Overview:

• – Analyse the industry to identify size, viagra sale leading players and specific industry characteristics
• – Monitor category and/or supplier spending and continuously evaluate options to reduce total cost of ownership
• – Stimulate product innovation by developing market intelligence and benchmarking and acting as subject matter expert in commodity and supplier market dynamics
• – Develop and lead IT sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams across the organization; proactively identify new markets and supplier sources
• – Prepare and facilitate all sourcing and software solicitations in cooperation with senior IT leaders
• – Secure services, hardware, software, and telecom at the best price and highest quality
• – Work directly with IT and Business leaders to manage costs, reduce performance issues, and review vendor performance to ensure consistency with quality, service and delivery targets
• – Interface between various departments for establishment and negotiation of outsourcing and technology contracts

Requirements

• – Minimum 3 years of IT contract and vendor management experience, procurement experience with Request For Proposals (RFPs)
• – Expert knowledge of IT vendor and software market
• – Experience in working with major global suppliers that support Hardware, Software and Services and great contract negotiation skills
• – Ability to conduct activities like procurement demand collection, bidding, tender analysis, negotiation, contract management and prepare procurement report
• – Fluent in English and German, any additional language skills a plus
• – Strong CRM skills desirable
