iSportconnect Capital appointed as an advisor by Rugby Europe Enterprises

iSportconnect Capital is delighted to announce that it has been formally appointed as nominated advisor to raise a minority equity stake in Rugby Europe Enterprises, the governing body for rugby in Europe.
This is the first mandate for iSportconnect Capital, which is a joint venture between iSportconnect and Chance Capital Ltd.

It is not often that an opportunity comes up to invest in a sporting governing body, especially one with the provenance of rugby in Europe. We are looking forward to working with Rugby Europe Enterprises in realising their longer term ambitions.”

We are actively seeking applications for sport or leisure focused businesses who are looking to raise at least £1m and who have a minimum £500,000 EBITDA.
