IOC Bans Kuwait Following Government Intereference

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has suspended Kuwait over its government’s interference in the Olympic movement.

It is the second time the IOC has banned Kuwait in the last five years. The Kuwait Olympic Committee failed to meet a deadline of 27 October to resolve the issues with the IOC.
