IMG Chief Michael Dolan Appointed Interim CEO of Bacardi

Former IMG chief Michael J. Dolan has become the interim Chief Executive Officer of Bacardi Limited.

Mr. Dolan has been a member of the Board of Bacardi Limited since 2009.

Mr. Dolan’s principal office will be at the Company headquarters in Hamilton, capsule Bermuda, subject to Bermuda Department of Immigration approvals.

Mr. Dolan most recently served as Chairman and CEO of IMG Worldwide, a global leader in sports, fashion and media. Mr. Dolan joined IMG in 2010 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, Mr. Dolan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viacom, Inc. and prior to that was Chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam [Y&R], the global marketing services company.
