IMG and BEC-TERO Form Joint Venture in Thailand

IMG, allergy the global sports, store fashion and media company and BEC–Tero, Thailand’s leading entertainment and multi-media company signed a contract to create a Joint Venture company for the Thailand market.

Martin Jolly, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of IMG Asia Pacific, said, “We are delighted to be joining forces with Thailand’s leading entertainment company.  We hope to bring our expertise in sports businesses as well as fashion and entertainment to the Joint Venture.  BEC-Tero is a great Joint Venture partner due to its local presence and the support of BEC World, the operator of Terrestrial TV Channel 3.”

Jolly added, “We plan to expand IMG’s various business units in Thailand together with BEC-Tero.  Our Vice President for IMG in Thailand, Khun Charvalit Kosiyakul, will move across to run the business as the General Manager of the new Joint Venture Company.”
