ICAP to sponsor L’Etape London

Markets operator and mitigation and information service provider ICAP is to become Official Title Sponsor of L’Etape London by Le Tour de France.

As part of the partnership, medstore 200 ICAP employees will take part in ICAP L’Etape London by Le Tour de France and will raise much-needed funds for a selected beneficiary, to be announced in due course.

L’Etape London was launched in 2015 by organisers Human Race alongside Le Tour de France owners ASO.

The event was a huge hit with 3,500 places in the sportive selling out as riders rushed to get a taste of participating in the cycling event.

Nick Rusling, CEO of Human Race, commented: “We spoke to a number of interested parties who wanted to partner on this prestigious event, but it soon became clear that ICAP were the right people to work with.

“They truly understand the full scale of the ride which extends the legacy of the 2014 event and the positive impact Le Tour de France brand has on the health and wellbeing of team members

“Previously groups of ICAP employees have taken part in many sportives, have completed the London to Paris ride on numerous occasions, and those that simply commute to work by bike has grown hugely over the last few years.”

“With that in mind, our sponsorship of L’Etape London by Le Tour de France was a natural fit for the company and enables us to offer all employees a unique opportunity to participate in a national sporting event.”
