The 2012 New Era Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium in Bronx, NY will feature Syracuse University of the Big East Conference and West Virginia University of the Big 12 Conference. This year’s game will be the third annual New Era Pinstripe Bowl and the fifth college football game to be held at the current Yankee Stadium. The original Yankee Stadium had a rich history in hosting college football games as well, including the legendary “win one for the Gipper” Notre Dame – Army match in 1928.
