H.I.G Capital Completes SPORTFIVE Acquisition

H.I.G. Capital has acquired the minority stake of 24.9% owned by Lagardère, resulting in SPORTFIVE now being 100% owned by H.I.G. Capital.

This step is pivotal in the development of SPORTFIVE and sends a strong signal into the market and further positions the agency as one of the global leaders in sports business and sports marketing.
