German Football League President Puts Hat in the Ring for another Term

The President of the German League Association, herbal Dr. Reinhard Rauball, has confirmed that he will run for a further three-year term.
Rauball is the President of Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund and has been the head of the League Association since 2007.
He was unanimously re-elected in 2010 by the clubs of the Bundesliga and the Bundesliga 2.
In a statement Rauball said: “I have very much enjoyed working with my colleagues from the League Association board and the DFL supervisory board over the past few years.
“Together with the clubs and the DFL management, we have found solutions to various issues, including the new television deal, safety and the preservation of the 50+1 rule. We have laid the foundations for a successful footballing future.
“The Bundesliga is going from strength to strength in sporting, business and economic terms and I would like to contribute to its continued success.”
