German FA Extends Long-Running Coca-Cola Deal

The German Football Association (DFB) has announced a three-year extended deal with long-term partners Coca-Cola.

The drinks brand will continue to sponsor the German national team until 31st December 2017.

As part of the deal, Coca-Cola will continue its work with the national team’s official fan club, which allows fans to gain early access to tickets for major sporting events.

Coca-Cola is one of several companies partnered with DFB alongside T-Mobile, Commerzbank, SAP Deutsche Post, Bitburger and Deutsche Telekom.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. 

This news comes on the day Germany were confirmed to end the year ranked number one in the FIFA world rankings.
