Franklin & Marshall Becomes Main Sponsor of Hellas Verona

Clothing retailer Franklin & Marshall have agreed to be the main sponsor of Italian Serie A team Hellas Verona for the current season.

The brand’s logo will be displayed on the club’s shirts beginning with the match-up against Fiorentina on Monday.

The Verona-based firm’s logo will debut on the front of the club’s shirt when it travels to face Fiorentina on Monday.

Giuseppe Albarelli, founding partner of Franklin & Marshall, said: “The choice of myself and my partner Andrea Pensiero to associate the brand with Hellas is motivated by the firm belief that the Italian football system can be an excellent vehicle to spread our brand in Italy and across the world.

“This is especially the case now that there are clear steps taken by the movement towards modernity and civilisation that has been seen from the early stages in other countries such as Germany and England – states where football is lived for what it is: sport and spectacle.”
