Fox Sports Acquires Spanish Football Rights

Television broadcaster Fox Sports has secured a variety of Spanish football rights in the Netherlands.

The deal, ed which will run until 2018, includes coverage of the Spanish national team’s home friendlies, the final of the Copa del Rey and the Spanish Supercopa, a match between the league winners and winners of the Copa del Rey.  

Fox will have the rights for four years and will begin with the friendly match between Spain v Germany on November 18.
